The Picnic by the River is part of a series of events being coordinated around the launch of the next Manawatu River Leaders' Accord Action Plan - a committment by Iwi/hapu, local government, industry, farming, environmental and recreational leaders to over 100 collaborative actions to benefit the Manawatu River and catchment over the next five years.
