Sediment conditions at this site have shown no significant change since monitoring began in 2010.

A high rate of sedimentation is the main issue. However, monitoring shows that sediment can deposit (or erode) at different rates throughout the estuary and vary greatly from year to year.

Excessive nutrients and metals are not an issue at this site.
