Please be informed that there has been a discharge of treated wastewater from the New Plymouth Wastewater Treatment Plant (NP WWTP) via the marine outfall offshore from the Waiwhakaiho River that has the potential to affect public health.
Please do not collect kaimoana / shellfish from this location from 29 Jan 2024 to 25 Feb 2024.
