Stands for tapered element oscillating microbalance fitted with a filter dynamics measuring system. This instrument measures particle concentrations in air continuously. The instrument is based on TEOM technology, measuring the mass of particles collected on a filter, whilst also accounting for the loss of semi-volatile particles.
