Swimming sites in the Greater Wellington region have predicted water quality updated hourly to inform faecal risk.
As they are newer sites to our sampling programme, Pakuratahi River at Kaitoke Campground, and Hutt River at Taita Rock, currently have less data points than other sites in our region.
Therefore, predicted water quality at these sites is based on an interimĀ water quality grade.
As always, we recommend people avoid swimming for two days after heavy rainfall.
