Katikara Stream

The Katikara Stream is on the western side of Taranaki Maunga. It begins in Te Papakura o Taranaki before travelling a short distance to the sea. This catchment was included in the macroinvertebrate monitoring programme to monitor trends in relation to riparian planting.
