Surface Water Zone: Wakapuaka Water Management Zone

The Wakapuaka Water Management Zone includes the Wakapuaka and its main tributaries the Teal and Lud rivers. The water takes from the Wakapuaka are for domestic supply. Land use is predominantly production forestry in the upper catchment and low density livestock farming and lifestyle blocks in the lowland areas.
