The Cullen Creek catchment is a small catchment on the Northern side of the Richmond Ranges that flows into the Pelorus Sound/Te Hoiere. An equal mix of native and exotic forestry (approximately 40% of each) occurs in the upper reaches with dairying accounting for approximately 10% in the lower reaches. The catchment is of ecological significance with many native fish species recorded from the catchment.
