Lake Opuha at Recreation Reserve
Lake Opuha is a man-made reservior designed for irrigation, near the township of Fairlie.
This site is monitored for recreational water quality during the summer months only.
The lake is a popular site for both boating and fishing activities. The Recreation Reserve site is a popular camping ground for permitted freedom camping.
