Mimiha
The Mimiha Stream is relatively short, extending approximately 8.5 kilometres from the Manawahe Hills to the coast. The stream cuts through ignimbrite and volcanic sediments and the catchment is dominated by pasture with some exotic and native forest.
Water quality is monitored at State Highway 2 and the only significant trends are for increasing bacteria levels.
