Kaukapakapa River
The Kaukapakapa River is a high order, low gradient stream located in northwest Auckland. The river flows in a general westerly direction and discharges to the South Kaipara Harbour. The catchment is dominated by rural land uses, with fragmented stands of native scrub and forest.
